The word Reiki (pronounced Ray-key) means Universal Energy. This energy is channelled through the practitioner to the client and moves energy that has been blocked due to a low immune system. This can be brought on by symptoms and conditions including; stress, mental and emotional issues, depression, headaches and migraines. It can also help boost energy levels, clear the mind, aid better sleep and promote harmony and balance.
